Its sad to see how a few mistakes made by a referee can put a whole country on its knees.I lived in Croatia for the most of my childhood and know how passionate everyone is for the game.Its harsh to use words like corruption and bribery but the 2 decisions were not made with the sale criteria.Some referees are more stringent than others with certain things and have different perceptions.

.#1currently have 3 rental properties in houston and plan on buying a 4th in the next month or two. i found this seller during a garage sale and talked him into selling the house. they have already started moving and cleaning stuff out too =)All my properties are currently under my name (ive heard this is not a good thing to do) and friends/coworkers have suggested me to start up an LLC and put all the rental properties under that entity. am i doing the right thing?

So this might be strange and it might even be a good thing, I'm not sure, so I need some help deciphering the situation.In my duplex in Dallas I have tenants that has been with me for almost 2 years now, they have been awesome, pay on time for the most part and keep the place very very clean and tidy.However about 6 months ago they started to complain about little issues every time I saw them.Part of the weather stripping needs to be replace, the threshold needs to be repainted, need a timer to water the foundation.

One of the roofers who cleaned the gutters said that it will cost approximately $25,000 but he said he has to look at this in more detail if I decide to put a new roof.

You may get some traction trying to go that route, but I've also found the seller's terms are pretty harsh (30%+ down, 3%+ > market rates) - not every time, but I've seen it several times.

But I think it would take a coil cleaning, coil replacement and/or new ducts to truly remedy the problem because when the system turns on after having been off for an hour or so it blows air with a subtle hint of stale tobacco smoke.
