What are the gains if a wholesaler sells rental property

I have so much respect for those on this forum that help out and am so thankful from the knowledge I've gained from browsing over the years.As to my question, I am looking to secure a second lien position with a personal guarantee on a hard money loan in Pasadena, CA. 

You are all kinds of patient explaining to your 'professionals' as much as you have.As mentioned, there's no monetary value or gain for them knowing RI, unless you're stripping equity or selling to invest in securities. 

Inflation, just like tidal wave, lifts all boats. 3% NOI gain would translate into 3% value gain provided market cap rate (investor appetite) stays the same.

No capital gains.

The local economies are growing much stronger there in the right places and you can get large capital gains by benefitting from the path of progress.

Trust those who are doing the SAME THING you are doing, not those who have something to gain from what you are doing.Also, you need to read a few more books.

Maye sell it after a year or two after gaining a little equity and selling closer to market rate?

Since I'm gainfully employed and have quite a bit of savings I don't qualify.
