@Zach Wright i offer wifi in the units. ive been back and forth on this alot. i rent my rooms for 595 per month. thats a good rate in my opinion. i dont want to milk them for everything so i include utilities in that price. i know some people that put TVs in the unit, furnish them etc. i have done that but do not do that anymore. i also know people that cater to traveling professionals and deck those places out too and charge a premium. 

I would really prefer to use the renovation loan rather than have to get super creative to finance all of the remodel and furnishing on this place.

All existing rules concerning the Tenant’s use and occupancy of the premises have been furnished to the Tenant in writing.

For example, on our first short term rental, we found a comp on the same street that looked like 2 college dudes furnished it from goodwill.

Virtually everyone of these properties come fully furnished and have bookings that you could take over if you choose, so you can hit the ground running.Good luck!

MTRs are fully furnished rentals, you provide the utilities as part of the package, you'll provide supplies and cleaning products if not mid-stay cleanings.
