It does not have central air but has a newer heater. it could use some new carpet, no water leaks from plumbing,  could use a fresh paint job. very large finished basement in good shape. it also has a one car garage in decent shape decent sized back yard also in good shape with a fence. 

If you don't see fresh sawdust nearby you may be able to just patch the holes and move on.

If your only value-add is a fresh coat of paint and carpets, a "C-bump" probably isn't going to happen.- Make sure you track when your future-comps close and become current-comps.

I don't know If I recommend doing this, but I like the fresh, squared away look that it gives the exterior particularly combined with the paint job I put on all buildings I acquire.
