A cardiovascular surgeon three states away has no interest in calling Ruby to find out if she can clean the cabin on Friday instead of Saturday, or calling Joe Handyman to see if he can get over and fish a snake out of the dryer.

My upside is that they are near a very popular lake where people fish and boat, as well as $600k + homes along the lake.

As I have stated in the past, investing in real estate the past five years is like shooting fish in a barrel, now we are heading back to fishing in the ocean with a storm brewing.
