Other reasons were to save up to put money down on the home and to pay down debt, but her main reason was to have the home design and features that she has wanted from the beginning instead of making those modifications in another home.My current income and budget allow me to comfortably own a home worth $180k, while stretching it thin up to $330k (according to realtor.com).

We have started looking at floor plans what features we would like to include or not include.What is your Favorite or least favorite thing(s) about your multi-unit property that I should put in my plans?

Do you use the feature to tack on cost for extra guests, or does that deter people who may have only one over the limit?

For me I'm focused on Fix & Flip type deals so I look at the $/SF ARV of updated homes with similar features such as BR/BA size, SF, Garage, Basement ect.

As in say minor cosmetic or easily replaceable or changeable features.

All with the same opposite corners if possible.If there are any unusual features, take a shot. 

The interior and exterior received a complete rehab which included finishing the basement which was a great selling feature.

However they have some great features for tracking warranties, appliances, and other items needed to track.
