You are allowed to rent out, have foreign owners, own in an LLC etc. which is why they sell for more money than co-ops in this area because you have more freedom to do what you want.

They did not understand that the majority of tenants in lower end America do not have checking accounts and never will... that was a totally foreign concept...

In our own markets we have been seeing institutional/corporate apartment operators and foreign buyers paying prices which would sentence us to 10-years of drudgery, followed by marginal returns.

Best to have the LLC in the state you are doing business but since you already have an LLC as long as you foreign qualify it in GA it will be about the same cost and same everything else, it will just put both your properties in the same LLC
