Not sure what good pictuers will do.Lets say you get excellent pictures, you then have to identify who they are and serve them with notices.

If you provide them with a scale drawing of your warehouse they will design a kit to fit and can either send you the building (for which you can get bids for erection of it) or they can provide you with a building and labor quote. 

(Wifey and I have been doing BRRRR for a few yrs prior to this, so it was a natural fit to do that within the SDIRA LLC.)The SDIRA LLC helped me turn around the situation where we would have previously watched the AL expenses rapidly burn through their cash. 

If this is your plan, you should refi, pay her the $20K, and risk the remainder however you see fit.
