Has anyone ever used a Series LLC for their liable protection structure?

I have also taken the route Theo mentioned as I syndicate larger deals and have started to get involved with charities as a way to form relationships and finding new KP's. 

I'm half tempted to see if I can use my equity + partial seller financing to purchase a much larger property.

This purchase was the result of developing a great Landlord/Tenant relationshipThis was not ever an option lease.It is now our primary home at our long time established community since 2014We are skipping the moving boxes shenanigans for now, yazz!

The only "investing" I've ever done was to rent my condo out which pays for itself and part of my mortgage (so you understand my level). 

Has anyone ever dealt with this and how can this come back?

I am no lawyer but get this problem ever so often.

ROI measures things but you need to understand the tangibles, where ever you decide to plunk your money. 

what ever entity is the owner of record of the project or property must have a developers license so if your buying in multiple LLC like I do you need multiple ones of these i have 4 of them. its redundant as hell but its the law.
