If the above is true then simply e-mail one owner the contract and have them sign the contract and them have that owner e-mail/fax the signed contract to the other owner.

Wow, after spending so many sentences telling us how much you hate wasting time, I have to imagine you wasted at least a half hour on that useless post...I have to agree with MikeOH on this one...You sound like you want a way to "get rich quick" with no risk, no real effort, no pain, and no hard work, etc.

I don't know anything about the tenants that live in these mobile home parks but I imagine they are transient and possibly have little respect for where they live.
