But lock in your fixed rate mortgages, and the Mortgage Debt Service remains the exact same.Win-Win.

They are not something you use and take to investors and say “oh this must work because it fits this rule of thumb”Shouldn't your specific knowledge eliminate the need for the 30/50 rule? 

As of right now it will take me three years to pay off my current debt.

In most cases setting a higher minimum credit score requirement eliminates many younger applicants.

It will be a major plus as a investor long term to have a solid high paying job.Save every extra penny going forward and after you pay off all student debt start planning to invest.

My plan is to stay debt free through college, and save what I can.
