Grants home and a couple salt domes in chicago and 2 Fresh markets but those have been threw a big General Contracting Company and I guess what I am trying to figure out is this, how can i bypass them and go directly to the investors or real estate agents

Also, does anyone have any notion of how much might they need at any one time that I'd need to be able to deliver in a hurry?

I'd say follow-up calls on Monday & another on Friday would keep you fresh on their mind.

Each person really needs to be held accountable for their role in the transaction and no one is going to manage your business for you (except a manager you may hire) and even then you have to manage them.When everyone sees that you are always watching and pushing them to deliver it makes the process much easier and more manageable for you.Let me know if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help if I can.
