Imagine being locked into a 10 year contract with a vendor with horrible customer service and you cant do anything about it for a decade?!

In fact, we have customers that primarily focus on such projects and they make money from it.

That sparks a question I’ve been thinking about - if you get delisted bc some customer complained about something, are you able to create a new account right away?

When expectations don't match reality friction is created and that friction will be taken out on you in the form of bad reviews and customer complaints.
