I will offer to help them any reasonable way I can like helping with their kids fundraising events,attending and sponsoring their charity event and sports teams,and just be apart of their lives to stay at the top of their minds when someone they know needs a Realtor to handle their real estate needs.

I would think a very basic site describing what I do and introducing myself (along will fillable pages/forms) and in a couple months going with something more elaborate (functional).

Provide them with a couple of window units to supplement the central AC.Do NOT pay them for a hotel or anything else.

If you go a couple months with no issues and you want then to stick around, you may consider encouraging them to get into a longer term lease for the stability.

This was after contacting around 12 contractors, couple of which replied back that given the SOW they are not up for the project/available.  

I got 2 small perrsonal checks from him at closing on a couple small items which gave me a bank account to go to the sheriff's office along with my writ of execution and they seized the money from his account as I timed it for a couple days after he collected his rent on a llc and moved it into his personal account.
