I would say try Roseville area because they have Kaiser, Sutter and other facilities.

I would avoid Chicago/Cook County if at all possible.

and that we can get $190 more/mo if we rent to a Section 8 tenant, we're considering it despite feeling resentful of the unfairness.One major concern that we have is - how long does it take to get approved for Section 8 in Cook County IL? 

Basically you'll want to watch out Cook County for holding long term.

Plenty of pots and pan, casserole dishes, pie plates etc etc.We constantly get compliments on the kitchen and how people can cook any kind of meal.

@Dillon Cook we just said "no" to a potential client last week, that told us they wouldn't pay a Placement Fee of any type on Class C rentals.Claimed they weren't paying for their portfolios in Florida and St Louis.
