I just need someone to confirm the process because I'm learning and my thoughts are scattered.I find a mobile home for low price "fixer" for sale by owner.I put it under contract like a regular house to do due diligence?

I have always been very interested in the idea of investing in real estate as a means of earning additional income and ultimately gaining freedom from the confines of the rat race.

I would love to learn more about mobile home parks investing.

@Denny Robert sorry I tagged you wrong in my last reply (I was using my mobile).  

There is better cash flow with mobile homes (with land) but it can be harder to find good tenants and they generally require more maintainance.  

We'll see about how long it will really take since the old Kings won't give up their fortresses without a fight :-) but in the end the winds of change are shifting to push us forward into the direction the human race needs to go anyway - more temporary, versatile, sustainable, cheaper, mobile and modular living.The Elephant in the RoomA very interesting and sad documentary can be seen on Netflix or iTunes called "The Hunting Ground".
