@Faiz Kanash Like many things, color schemes, layout, etc….they don’t affect value/appraisal, it’s a matter of appeal, desirability and a sense of quality.

It ended up being a small studio.When they got into an argument the tenant called the building inspector & we had 30 days to tear 'everything out.But it was easy as they only duct taped the plumbing together!!!!!

I would not worry about a bent up duct if that is all you are concerned with.
