I think it is not intentional that they don't tell you they never married, or one or the other had children from previous marriages, there was or wasn't a will....that's why title company is important.   

How much was the bill for the previous tenant and can you get info on who lived there (eg 2 adults and no children, single person, etc)? 

Here's the kicker: her and her husband have six children.

It creates a limbo situation with half our furniture in the new house, half here, and not knowing where we'll be.
