I think a lot of people will disagree with my approach on the last part b/c I keep a high amount of money tied up in equity, but It works for my long-term vs. short-term objectives. 

The trash issue parallels that of CableTV - - mandated single server provider.Just like I can't elect to not pay for  specific Federal mandated services on my 1040 because I object to them, I can't sidestep community "mandated single server providers either".

The debtor claims it as exempt and it is automatically removed 60 days after the first meeting of creditors (341 hearing) if no one objects.

Credit scores treat each person objectively because the same standards apply to everyone.

If you object to paying Lender or closing costs then ask the seller for 2% back as a closing cost credit on an Investment loan or more on an owner occupier loan.

The same bider objected and the sheriff rep. said they were the owner of the property and didn't have to pay, then quickly moved on to the next property.

It took putting the right team in place who were on board with the objectives and the business plan.

In other words, being a passive investor might be best for your objectives considering you have full time jobs.

Remember, every question is an objection. 

Every investor has different entry and exit timelines and objectives.
