Jimmy, have you looked at subdividing the property to three individual parcels?

The individual is going to fund 100% of the purchase. 

We have a large dataset and want to pick your brain about:Creating relationships from app to app on Podio; especially when there are multiple owners per property or multiple properties per owner.Bulk mapping of fields, (instead of the current individual drag and drop feature we are using) after importing from Excel.Thank you in advance.Jenny

Does anyone know of a company (or individual) who would do otherwise for a great deal and someone who has great credit and which would be repaid very quickly??

I know most of the time they look at the security rather than the individual, but if you built rapport with loan officers or liquid individual (for lack of a better term) can you attain cash quickly this way?

(keep in mind the $116k is all net...so after you allot for all expenses and portion for cash reserves, etc...this is strictly profit)If you take a salary, then, breaking each property's profit up individually, would you take a percentage across the board or a flat dollar amount per strategy?
