When they ask what the issue is you reply the endangering residents is bad enough but then trying to extort an injured tenant harmed in their managed property due to their negligence, wow that's bad BUT then to work to cover it up..... well I'd just hope Ellison is pro-PM and anti tenant, oh yeah, not so much huh.

Anything is possible, but I don't see rates like we had in the 1980s come back..Closing costs on a commercial loan are about the same as on a residential.

I believe that as long as you are getting consistent income with a signed contract the three year time frame isn't a problem, however the main problem is the overseas income and anti laundering rules.
