Where did everyone get there multiple letters campaign?

Neighbors see it, traffic will notice.While many looking for garage sales may not think much of it, those in RE or related to RE will take note.You're advertising your activity level, showing that you're in the business.

My January was filled with kicking off my marketing campaign.

I also make a decision on pets before I advertise, although I know some landlords consider pets on a case-by-case basis.

Just because someone advertised they were willing to accept financed offers (perhaps by accident) doesn't mean the property would have qualified.

If you are going to advertise on BP, you have to pay for the privilege.And a thinly veiled "wondering if you would be interested in buying my book" post isn't going to cut it.

I have attended a few seminars that really turned out to be a marketing campaign where they up sell the up sell and prey on people.

My experience with attorneys is that don't venture into unfamiliar waters usually, if something feels like it's beyond their scope of expertise they will make a referral or point you in the right direction.I suggest you stay away from those that advertise on TV, really good attorneys don't need to advertise. :)

I am currently trying to carve out time from my full-time job with out of state travel every month and start my campaign shortly.
