If they renew after a year, you do not pay them the interest it simply accrues and is added to what you own them.

Could be rather simple, like time on the job ad in time that is easily cured.

Start adding up all the extras in one’s lifestyle and subtract this and the car payments, rent, cigarettes, beer ... and you will find out you may have a difficult time collecting payments.I have learned ways around this problem.

I would avoid Craig's List as well.Place an economical ad in the local Thrifty Nickel or other free weekly publication.

I want to know which of the expense items on my taxes can be added back in as income under the Fannie/Freddie rules in the eyes of underwriters.  

Does anyone know any smarter, more efficient ways to post ads?
