I see lot's of individuals using the BRRRR method to great success but not much discussion in the way of partnerships in this realm.Any thoughts, input and assistance would really be appreciated. 

They are more focused on having you sign up people under you to achieve overrides (commission) on loans they may close.

I have successfully gotten parts from them for repairing older appliances.  

I think you should start by looking at your strengths and weaknesses.If you like to fix things then flipping and landlording are the way to go.If you like numbers and aren't handy, then note investing and mortgages are the way to go.What I'm getting at is that you can amplify your success if you combine your real estate investing with something you're gifted at. 

I’m pretty young so when I hear other young people being successful it motivates me a lot more
