They’re acting to get into this market with how many jobs and solid stability Knoxville has as a whole, plus not mention our entires state university being here in the University of Tennessee Knoxville.

There are older neighborhoods closer to the Universities and medical center.

I’m looking at properties near my daughters school, (iowa state university in Ames, iowa) to alleviate the wasted cost of student housing.

The Rice university/ Medical center area is a good market but very expensive to buy a small multifamily.

Hood, so lots of military renters, and the surrounding Bell, County area has a two universities, two colleges, and a major Level I/Teaching medical center.

I imagine it has a lot to do with the political access to the Capitol as well as a fresh set of new grads with UT Austin and other universities not far away either.
