This is sadly not looking good for me, but it is what it is.  

However, when you apply for a new mortgage the lender will have you fill out a Schedule of Real Estate Owned form that basically asks about any properties you already own along with any lien holders on those properties, balances owed, monthly payment amounts, etc (see below for what one of these forms looks like).

Lucky for me one of the dramatic tenants decided to leave and the house became calm again.

As far as this investment goes, for me this was a happy medium between acquiring an investment property I wanted and something my significant other would be happy with for our family and newborn.

For me it would be a huge liability in case of issues.

I have had tenants for the last 2 years paying my mortgage for me and that allowed me to become a Real Estate Agent.
