Jeff  we are putting these in 3 new builds we are doing Off of IVY  we were required to squeeze 3 homes on a 4k sq ft lot based on the R2A  zone.. so there is not enough room for the space the old system take.. so will see how they do.Friend of mine over in Honolulu has them in his multi million dollar home there ..
