Very challenging to find that middle ground and not be a slum lord. 

Jeff  we are putting these in 3 new builds we are doing Off of IVY  we were required to squeeze 3 homes on a 4k sq ft lot based on the R2A  zone.. so there is not enough room for the space the old system take.. so will see how they do.Friend of mine over in Honolulu has them in his multi million dollar home there ..

A game where I am far more likely to lose by not playing than by putting my chips in the pot.The guy who gets wiped out by bad market conditions is the middle-class American homeowner - the guy who earns a median to upper-middle income, uses all of his liquidity as a down payment to buy the biggest, nicest home he can afford in the highest earning year of his life.

Being in the middle and earning a fee is agency work.

Essentially, they cut out the middle man (the wholesaler who'd be marking up the offer to the flipper).

I understand it's good to have someone "on your side", but it seems like an unnecessary middle man when I have questions about the property.
