I think the reason so many Real Estate Agents are against Wholesalers are, they had to pay for their Real Estate Education, and don't want to be involve with something that can go south after a lot of work and time.

I did that by using optional lending resources available to me.Waiting a year is NOT in my opinion a good idea deal start now and your starting point is education.

Sometimes the best education is learned along the way and you figuring stuff out as you go along.
