Hello from steamy Minnesota. I'm new to real estate investing however, I know my way around construction sites as I have been in the industry for over 20 years. In my mid-forties I am done with going to a "job" everyday and making other people lots of money. My profile will fill in the missing pieces.

Doing as much reading/podcast time as I can in an effort to educate myself. Rehabbing of single family and small rentals would be my ideal. Flipping first and then some buy and holds to get the passive income wheel rolling. Looking for any other investors in the Twin Cities area that would be interested in meeting up. Thanks
