OPM is definitely our drug of choice at the moment.

However, if you are doing multiple flips a year, you could be considered a "dealer" and may be subject to Self Employment tax (Social Security and Medicare tax about 15%) on your profits. 

When the lake started to recede and the salt water level intensified until it killed off all the sea life and slowly ate away at paint, metal, wood or anything else in its way, the Great Salten Sea became an abandoned ghost town and refuge for motorcycle gangs, drug runners, illegal's and just about any/all undesirables that could survive there. 

That means you can only evict a tenant who's at-fault, meaning they've failed to pay rent or broken the lease in some other meaningful way (by selling drugs from the property, for example).

They do not have any ownership in the property so will put all kinds of individuals into the property - drug dealers, prostitutes, meth labs, etc.

As @Jason Bott pointed out, the concern is not owing a judgement, its being drug into court.

Only downside is it must be a full service ATM not one of the little ones in the drug store.

We also have a few 'lonnie dealers' that have pulled homes in, or taken one of our homes and rehabed them and sold them on payments.
