At the time of closing the selling price was decreased by the total of the security deposit and last month payment.

They don't do direct deposit (my lease requires payments be made to the bank, not mailed to me), and they send out the vouchers at the end of the month, so your rent payment will always be weeks late.

Assuming you're an employee and not self employed they'll ask for your last 2/3 payslips and your latest P60 tax form to show how much you earned last year.By law in Ireland, first time buyers need to have a 10% deposit saved for a house (example for a €200,000 house you need €20,000 saved and would take a mortgage on €180,000).

Rent deposit address, maybe, because what's it matter what the tenants think about your level of business establishment.

And if you can't reach them the next step is to file once they have defaulted on rent payment, you can't file for default on security deposit payment.. that's not rent...

As far as tenants, do you ask for 1 or 2 months of deposit in that area?

Or is there just a deposit to your account and that's it?

They're ok with the extra costs and are willing to pay a non-refundable deposit.

Also, do we need to collect a security deposit from her or leave as is, or is this our call?
