Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.

Currently has problems with mildew, paint bubbles, etc.4) Is the estimated cost between 1,500-2,000 with a contractor doing the work?

Most people don't know that your typical insurance agent from a big name company has very little experience in working with investors, especially investors that are also contractors or GC's.

Hi Dan,  There are a lot of solar contractors operating in Chicago, which is a good indication that solar electric systems make economic sense in your market, but it will depend on the specifics of the roof, electrical usage history, type of meter at the property, and net metering agreement available from the utility.

Police were involved with that.  98% of my tenants are contractors. 

I'm a newbie and looking for insights on how to find contractors for my flip and/or rental property rehab work.How do I find people who are good, reliable and affordable - when I don't have an existing network to draw upon? 

It would also be good to have knowledge on what rehab costs are or at least have someone that is a contractor able to give you rehab estimates on the property. 

Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable General Contractor in Columbia, SC?
