I can get a loan for several different things; college education, medical, several other things, and then there is a box to check for other and then it says to specify.

I am definitely confident we would make the $10K back in value-add to the property, but won't be in a position to do a cash out refi, since we bought with a 0% DP medical professional loan and will still have low equity.

While travel medical professionals have 13 week contracts other travels such as digital nomads tend to stay a month.

Anyone have experience in medical office investment? 

The big ones will have hundreds of clients under guardianship, trust, POA and probates, all of which routinely sell properties to fund clients housing and medical budgets or Medicaid spend down requirements.the professional fiduciary world is a tight circle.  80/20 applies so 80% of the properties being sold by guardians are probably sold by 20% of the guardians.  

The mediocrity Pettiness and paperwork of our government never ceases to amaze me...Understood there are some basic registrations that we need to follow but it is getting out of control...
