The unit, in North Miami, would be paid for all in cash since the building didn't pass the fire inspection (ie. proper exit signs, etc) and wont be approved for a mortgage (it has passed the structural inspection however).

Real estate consists of land or buildings.  

I know its popular, but I work in a gray building (inside and out) and not one soul there likes it. 

You'll build in some cushion if something goes wrong. 

Cash out Refi property located in Northern NJ, and hypothetical purchase mixed use or multi family apartment building located  in Brooklyn most likely. 

We of course could build an internal manual process with a virtual assistant of some sort, but I want to see if anything exists.
