Other than that, I think that I'm going to have to pass on the deal and maybe watch out for it at the tax sale (Although, I can't imagine that the taxes would be allowed to accumulate like this).We will see.

I wouldn't be able to invest in rental properties in my area of LA due to the cost of the market.The other option would be to stay in my home but not have the opportunity to invest in rentals as my current cash flow and savings is tight.I have been watching the market I live in and it seems to be slowing down after the last couple of boom years.I am having a hard time figuring out what the best financial strategy to start my property rental business.

@Brandon TurnerI think it was in the Millionaire Real Estate Investor Book that it was mentioned to always be watching your ROI and ROE on your current properties, that way you can know when you need to sell or refinance.I would think people would have a sheet like this but I have not been able to find one, maybe I'm being to literal or looking to much into this.Thanks for the help!
