Just thought I'd jump in here and let everybody know he's real and legit he has a proven track record and if you're smart enough to use a public record search then you will be able a verify this fact for yourself. 

Don't be discouraged if you run into this, it CAN be done on your own with a few lenders - you will need to have your GC vetted and approved to verify that they have the right experience.
