Sometimes she was late for rent and they were keeping me in loop about the same and then paid the rent a week later etc.Now for Sept they didn’t pay the rent and when I reached out asking for rent after 5th Sept, they said that they vacated the place due to hazardous mold issue (she says she verified with over the counter mold kit) and also said this is a 5 day notice to fix the place.

Airbnb, VRBO, Direct, and Google Vacations

My family and I just recently took a short vacation to Wilmington and the house we stayed in really lit a fire in me about getting started because it was so ideally situated.

You can manage them remotely (it's not that hard, no matter what the property management companies will tell you), and you can also vacation in them yourself.  

I am a Denver, Colorado native and Pueblo has never really been a "vacation" place and that's how I see Airbnb.

Purchased a 3 fam in Jan 2024 built in 2016 in an appreciating expensive market across the Hudson River from Manhattan NY. 2 units were vacant on acquisition and completed rehab in July, 3rd unit tenant vacated in May and completed rehab this week.
