Hmm...He may be able to give you some nuggets but these seminars are typically an opportunity to sell you books or an upgrade to his super-duper conference where he reveals the real secrets.

Upgrading to Pro comes with a lot of benefits, but they don't work without work!

Might be time for an upgrade.

In my market they just announced a long term, costly upgrade to an airport.  

The stores make a ton of money selling the upgrade.

If the tenant struggles to pay rent because they cannot budget and this is a problem then I would just upgrade the quality of the property you are renting. 

However, the latest turn required extensive maintenance and upgrades.

Move to increase rents and do the upgrades earlier, don’t wait 18 months.
