Note that the rules change after 5 properties and one of the restrictions is you cannot cash out refi on any property except your primary.The other option is commercial financing, which you can do unlimited properties (even SFH) but the rates and terms are not very good

I need recommendations as the company I used last year charged me for unlimited upfront and stopped answering their calls after the  first snow (even though we only had 3)Small 2-4 unit properties in Albany Park, Portage Park, and North Center. 

I have the cellular version Ipad and it costs me $10/month for unlimited data.
