Cold Calling - Geographic targeting
I'm looking for a provider of a list of homeowners based on geographic location. I'm not concerned with specific list like, expireds, fsbo, high equity, etc. Example, I want to generate a list of all homeowners (not renters) in a particular community or city, either, whether they live in the home or not. Most services I find limit the number of downloads. I will need unlimited downloads or a service that at least allows for it and charges. Thanks!
