There were days when I'd hand out 7 to 10 new claims to every claims examiner in the department. 

Not to mention one of the biggest cash infusions set to hit the economy ever soon if they pass the handout bill.  

You can knock on doors, hand out flyers, make phone calls, etc.

They can't hand out a free month's rent without your permission.

My liberal friends think I'm too hard on hobos and bums that look for handouts.

Hello I am 17 yr old in the Chicago area and I want to know how to create bonds and relationships with real estate investors because I want to gain their knowledge and I am willing to offer my time and work for their knowledge, I do not know how to approach them in a way that makes it akward or make me look lazy and just looking for handouts.

Somewhere along the lines it has become acceptable for those who haven't worked to achieve anything to blame those who have worked hard to get where they areI don't know if its parenting, education system or governments handouts but it has created a system where people feel they deserve everything without having to work for it.Example is tenant friendly laws like NY where a tenant can basically live for free for a year just because they dont want to pay rent.
