My buddy runs a free meetup in Nashville that covers a different topical discussion each month. 

@Chris Seveney finally a thread that helps justify combining the topics of tax liens and mortgage notes on BP, ha. 

A mix of commercial and residential topics is fine. 

It occurred to me that the reason I have not been able to find any research on this topic is probably because of this subjective nature and time consuming attribute of this weed out process.Without further ado, my findingsNew construction homes that were bought in 2017 increased in price by 28.3% when they were resold in 2022.

I do not think this topic has been discussed here on BP so let me throw it out there - lets talk about finding the buried bodies.
