Those "secure message systems" that some banks and others use is mostly just security theater and are no safe.  

I would wait in the lobby and get progressively louder as the time passed.

Or a coffee shop, or church, or in line at a theater!

Hey guys, The Charlottesville REA is Tuesday December 13th, 5:00 at The Pointe Restuarant, in the lobby of the Omni Hotel downtown Charlottesville.  

Supermarkets and movie theaters have already announced plans to open up new business in the area in months to come.

It's also where the newer theater is along with the nicer shopping there. 

If majority condo owners vote in favor of the reassessment, then each owner will be forced to pay 50k to improve the building and its amenities such as the lobby, gym, pool, walkways, etc.

My boyfriend's family owns a small technology contracting company and do things including home theaters, access control, lighting control, fire alarms etc but there also is a real estate branch of his company and we are looking to potentially flip houses in the Charleston area.  

Russia,Venezuela,Brazil, etc are the majority of the buyers at the high end and I guess the worry with me is potential trump headaches for those guys and if their money goes away in the 3-4 years the building reno would take.From an investment standpoint what do you think a 15-20M total reno of the pool,lobby,grounds would do to a condo trading currently at $750/sq ft in an area where $1200-2000/sq ft is the norm

I learned a lot when I volunteered years ago.Most of what I know now came from working on houses with my late stepfather who used to restore historic homes and build theaters.
