I played dumb and told the park owner I was so sorry but I was going to have to move 1 or both because I couldn't find anyone satisfactory to the park.The park owner was stunned (parks usually hate to have homes moved) and asked what she could do to help.

We hold open houses nearly every single weekend and the photos are professionally done and quite stunning.

Also, a foreclosure results in a newspaper notice the borrower thinks nobody will see, but a stunning number of people WILL see it, and gossip to everyone else.  

The garage was converted and added to the living room/dining room area with a separate laundry room and all done to code. 

As of right now there is only a chandelier hanging on one side of the room over the small dining area.

I furnished the common area (sofa, tv, dining table for less than $1k) and rented out all the spare bedrooms - each brought in $500-700 + utilities.

It over flowed causing the need to replace the counter top, base cabinets and carpet in living room and dining area to be replaced with new.  

I was stunned since we were so far in the game and we have to close by March 1st.
