Now if you are looking for one that can handle assignments or double closes, ensure you ask before starting a file.

We started raising the rents on the 3 and 4 BR units until the rate of leasing slowed to a normal pace.Fast forward two years and we found ourselves with higher vacancy on those same units. 

when will you start to "profit"? 

I’d like to start off by house hacking a multi-family unit. 

My advice would be to start small and do your research.

 just start generating leads and start talking to people and when you’re not doing that educate yourself also hire a mentor just basically get active..
