I can only assume that this isn't going anywhere as I'm not really comfortable spamming somebody with a bunch of messages trying to buy their deal.However, I have to say I'm grateful to him.

There are a couple of FB groups, but they get spammed by net worth and new western...

.- Once you find a deal with a number that works , Find Investors, connect with your local banks , partner with someone . ( I strongly recommend the book - Investing in Real Estate with low or no money down by BT)- Be consistent- Read Blogs, Read books, read posts- Attend Network events- Connect with one member a day with a purpose(Please: do not spam members , you may loose your messaging privilege).I doubt you will fail if you ritually follow 70% of the recommendations.

And yes, I checked my spam.

Although I would still suggest a quick 2 minute phone call before you spam a bunch of realtors from google with what they won’t read anyway.

Finally, @Taylor L. and @Cameron Rockwell, I went to that link for the book, and submitted my info several times for the book, but have received no email or link to download (not in spam either!)

You may have to connect with and send a pm as contacting with every one of them at one time would be considered spamming and some of your privileges restricted.Another way to gain experience is read blogs , go on wholesale sub-forums on BP, Ask questions on here, watch lots of videos and dive in head first, fail , start all over from failure till you get it right.  

You will get banned if you spam people.

A random investor spammed me today asking if I am interested to sell my property.I said the idea never crossed my mind but curios to hear what the offer would be if I said and they setup a call to discuss further.I am interested to hear on how to drive this conversation and what questions should I be asking.Thanks
