I think our natural inclination to get more cautious as we age coupled with the perception that the real estate we can touch is somehow more secure. 

I'm pretty certain most people in the US has heard of Baltimore City and their perception of it may not be the best...

I would add market yourself through social media and share not just your wins but the struggles you have as well people can respect that and it creates the perception you're not afraid to lay it all out there!

An in house washer/dryer and dishwasher can completely change the perception of the property.

There's no suit color darker than black, and (perception again) the darker the suit color the perceived greater level of power.

When house hunting my first home I used zestimate as a ballpark estimate in placing offers .Now that I am planning to sell my home I see that zestimate is awfully skewed as other highly similar homes in my neighborhood are zestimated at a much higher price and and I presume most potential buyers perceptions are colored by the zestimate tool in zillow.Is there anything I can do to address this discrepancy in zestimate?
