except if everything deflates.... dollar soaring, gold, bonds, stocks, bitcoin, in big selloffs! 

Dollar is currently soaring, everything else getting sold off, so deflation is biggest problem currently.

Prices are not soaring out of control.3.

Fortunately all of my sellers are not in a rush to sell so are holding off.

So, are there investors who would buy a home and rent it back to the seller and defer their rent a few months or so (obviously because of this specific situation)?

But two things happen and Boeing can Soar once again.they get the MCAS auto pilot issue fixed in the 737 max and they have the 787 which is quite popular and now the 777X  airbus A 380s are being retired it seems..  

Those are commercial leases and like most commercial leases... when the business makes more they pay more in rent in ADDITION to that the landlord in most commercial leases can take possession of all the businesses assets --- So are you game if residential landlords do the same... when you make more, we'll charge more and if you don't pay your rent we take possession of all the items within your unit?...
