Send birthday wishes, job anniversary congratulations, etc.

I celebrated the 6th anniversary of my 29th birthday back in May... have a wife and 4 kids... about $200k in student loan debt... and own 4 multifamily properties (well, the bank might have a say in that "own" word).The stock market versus real estate question doesn't have a right answer, the question is what works for you.  

Just another example of how landlords can do business with their entire neighborhood and not limit themselves to tenant rents.OK, climbing off my soap box now.

Industrial plants may provide space for a soap manufacture or a cardboard box factory or a electric motor manufacture, but not a bakery, any idea why that might be?

I just got flowers today, our anniversary is next month, I have the diamond already bought. 

The list is required by HUD but may be amended for additional requirements to a local market, but giving personal property certainly is not a requirement, such as a soap dish.

OK, my soap box is put away now so back to the question.
