In short, the previous owner made a deal and sold the house while they were still living for monthly cash payments until they died.

A business traveler may appreciate a washer and dryer, but it's not necessarily a must-have when choosing a vacation rental for a short stay.

@Ken LatchersBooking.com is terrible in Tucson IF your properties aren't on "payments by booking" where they collect the money for you.It brings all local people for short stays.
